Inflatable bouncers (both wet or dry) function by continuous airflow. A powered air blower pumps air into the inflatable while it’s in use, and air escapes through the seams. This is normal. Therefore you may hear “hissing” out of the inflatable or see bubbles in the water slide. This is not a malfunction. It needs to let air out while the blower continuously puts air in or it would pop like a balloon.

Yes, You will need an electrical outlet nearby a standard 110 V is required (within 50 feet) of the unit or a generator can be rented for a small fee to power the air blower.

Please note customer is advised once the unit is setup and passed our setup safety check, Okie Kidz Inflatables, LLC is not liable for any residential electrical issues that may arise once the unit is setup and delivered.

The blower must stay powered on while the bouncer is in use. Do not turn the blower off unless the unit is not being used, this will deflate the inflatable rapidly. If the blower happens to shut-off unexpectedly during use. First ensure all jumpers exit safety, then check your breakers. often blowers pull alot of electric and tend to flip breakers. Wait 3-5 minutes and restart your blower at the unit and power back on.

If further issues arise, you must contact Okie Kidz Inflatables, LLC immediately for troubleshooting assistance. We will do our best to assistant with common blower malfunctions but be advised we are not electricians and breaker problems are outside our of our expertise.

Yes! We take pride in clean equipment. All of our units are cleaned thoroughly before and after every use. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by CDC approved, commercial grade vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

We appreciate as much notice as possible, due to limited availability. The sooner you reserve the better chance we will have your inflatable of choice in stock.

Yes, we do all the work so you can focus on all the other party details. We deliver and setup 30 minutes to 1 hour before your event, pending location or if you reserved a larger quantity of items.

For further out locations it may require a day prior for setup to ensure you have your rental in ample time for your event. We strive to be on time, no late parties here!

During setup we inspect the unit for safety and ensure cleanliness of each unit. Per drivers discretion they may even give your unit a precautionary clean on site upon delivery to ensure your receiving it in top notch clean condition.

Yes, all reservations must be secured with half down deposit. Deposits are applied towards your balance and are non-refundable but is completely transferable to a future event within 1 year or cancellation. See “Weather Policy” for further details in lieu of inclement weather. Remainder balance can be paid out anytime before the event or at time of delivery. Personal checks are not accepted.

Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed.

Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes. We are not responsible for our stakes piercing or cutting any underground utility lines, or irrigation lines. You are responsible to notify us ahead of time placement of these items.

While inflatables that are setup on other concrete surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags. When an inflatable is setup requiring sand bags we have to bring a minimum of 320 lbs of sand for our smallest unit and up to 1,760 for our largest in order to properly secure them per state regulations. This is quite a bit more labor for our drivers. Sandbags are subject to a fee.

  • Please be advised Okie Kidz Inflatables, LLC is not held liable for any incidentals regarding underground water/gas lines, sprinkler systems or septic tanks. Customer is responsible for notifying our setup crew of the items beforehand. Failure to do so is beyond our control.

First make sure you know where you want your inflatable and it is within 50 feet of an electric and/or 50 feet of a water source (if renting a water ride). Please make sure your yard is clean of debris such as sticks, rocks, or dog droppings. Also remember animals are not permitted around the inflatable, so please put them up before you’re scheduled for setup. We reserve the right to cancel if setup area does not meet these requirements. Because we have other rentals and are always on a timed schedule, please be sure these areas are addressed or discussed if you have questions before we arrive.

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (50 ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present. If water is applied to a specified dry unit you could be subject to a $200 cleaning fee.

You may cancel or reschedule your event within 7 days prior with no penalty, and 1 year credit for a future date will be issued. We understand unexpected life events happen, we are human too.

Deposits are non-refundable.

If you have a current reservation scheduled and you want to remove an item within 7 days of your event date, you will be charged a $50 fee per unit removed. Any cancellations on the day of the event will result in you being liable for the full rental rate of your reservation.

This cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to all customers not limited to schools, churches, private events, corporate events etc. For weather related cancellations see “Inclement Weather Policy” below.

As we know Oklahoma weather can be unpredictable at times. We reserve the right to cancel any event. Safety of the riders and serviceability of our units is top priority.

We will make this decision by 8 am the morning of the scheduled event. We never want to cancel events and ruin a party but if we must you will be offered to reschedule at your convenience or accept 1 year rain check credit. In cases such as:

  • high winds over 20 MPH
  • temperatures below 40 degrees
  • Ice or Snow on the ground
  • steady precipitation expected all day
  • Thunder, lightening or a 70% chance of severe weather the day of the event

The following reason are NOT reasons for Okie Kidz Inflatables, LLC OR the customer to cancel an event under the stated “Inclement Weather Policy”. Normal cancellation policy will apply in these circumstances if you choose to cancel your deposit will be transferable NOT refunded. No exceptions.

  • Local Weather is forecasting 50% chance or lower
  • Chances of showers or occasional rain
  • Temperatures over 40 degrees
  • Your event is cancelled due to chance of severe weather

Once we deliver your rental equipment and weather becomes inclement, you are responsible for the entire rental fee as services were rendered. If inclement weater is not expected to pass during this time we may begin to pickup the units early for the safety of our equipment and staff.

Yes and Yes! Okie Kidz Inflatables have a comprehensive insurance policy that covers all of our rental items.

If your event requires “Proof of Insurance” we will be happy to supply you with the required documentation. We can also add municipalities and organizations as “Additional Insured” to our policy for an extra charge. Let us know when booking if your event will need to include these documents.

In the state of Oklahoma, all inflatables are considered “amusement rides” and are required to be inspected. All of our inflatables have been inspected by the Oklahoma State Board of Labor Amusement Ride Division and have passed all inspection.

Each inflatable is designed differently. Based on the type of unit you are renting you may get 6-8 in a typical bouncer. Most of our inflatables have a 500 lb weight limit total. 250 max per rider. This may equal 2 adults at 250 each compared to 5: 100 lb school-agers. Please keep this in mind. Also it is strongly suggested to keep big kids from the little kids to reduce risk of injury. If you have further questions your driver can further instruct you on how many children would be permitted to ensure a safe efficient manner based on each specific rental at time of delivery.

No! As long as it is general cleaning that is needed. This does not include excessive deep cleaning such as mud, spilled food, candy, trash, confetti, or glitter.

A cleaning fee of $200 will be charged.

Silly string is STRONGLY PROHIBITED. Silly string damages units and is not able to be removed once it is in contact with vinyl. Silly String will result in the total replacement value of the unit. No exceptions.

Okie Igloo Village located at 16 S Park St Sapulpa, OK Through Dec 31.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds will be issued only if the Village is closed at our discretion due to inclement weather such as high winds, hail, flooding etc. Rain Checks are issued if you need to reschedule through the duration of the event.
